As of March 21st Titanfall started enforcing bans using FairFight (BF4 and other EA games use this as well). Unlike the other games Titanfall players won't be banned, instead they'll receive a prompt on their lobby screen saying "FairFight: Cheat Detected" in red and will only be matched to other players who have also been identified as cheaters.
"You can play with other banned players in something that will resemble the Wimbledon of aimbot contests. Hopefully the aimbot cheat you paid for really is the best, or these all-cheater matches could be frustrating for you. Good luck." was the message Respawn posted to their website.
Is this a good thing? Bad thing? Would you rather see people outright banned?
Personally I think it's funny and would be good, provided Respawn didn't warn them with the lobby message. They should just do it and lol about it.
