Worst Company In America

For those of you that haven't seen the news yet EA is NOT the worst company in America this year!  They lost out to Time Warner Cable!  TWC squeeked by EA earing 51.2% of the vote compared to EA's 48.8%.

I guess when EA's COO Peter Moore said they made lots of mistakes in the past couple years to ear back to back distinctions in 2012 and 2013 and that they were going to make strides to get better saying "We owe gamers better performance than this." he meant it!

Obviously he didn't mean WAY better performance as EA still got into the last round of voting and earned a good healthy percentage of the vote.

EA continues to be high up on most gamers shit list, especially after the fiasco that was BF4's & Sim City's launch.  Only time can tell if they can get themselves out of that top bracket of being SECOND WORST company in America.

I'm actually glad to see that EA is sticking to their word. Sure it's not gonna happen overnight, and a lot of the animosities aren't going away any time soon, but they've actually gained a little respect from me when Moore gave that statement.

That Origin Game Guarantee was a step in the right direction for them for sure.

completely agree. Plus I really do love that they made an Offline Single Player for Sim City. Means I can finally put it on my laptop and play it between classes and whatnot! Great time killer!

It's just sad that it took that long...  I'm really not fond of companies adding "always online" requirements when there are single player options for the game.  Sometimes you can't or don't want to connect to the internet.
